We believe that partnership management is about building relationships. You shouldn’t be spending your time updating spreadsheets and learning to navigate complex tools.
We originally built our solutions to run and manage our own programs, since we couldn’t find tools that matched our values - keeping it simple while offering all features needed for a powerful and custom program.
After many months of using our solutions ourselves (and being our toughest customer!), we decided to share it with the world.

Medcare Sarl-S has been building web apps and online businesses for years. Our technical expertise allowed us to develop platforms that help healthcare professionals simplify their daily lives.
Although we are from all over the world, we have one thing in common—a passion for building a world-class product within a company culture that is built on trust, dedication, and shared values.
Our mission is to give healthcare workers more time to care
Every day, millions of people count on life-changing therapy and life-saving care from mobile providers. And every day, these providers spend too much of their time on administrative tasks – often using siloed point solutions – while AI revolutionizes other industries.
Legacy platforms are racing to bolt on AI as a way to cover up the flaws that have held providers back for years. But rushing to implement generative AI to fix longstanding design flaws will not solve the dysfunction that healthcare professionals face every day.
That is why we designed Medcare for providers first, leveraging our HIPAA-compliant, AI-native platform to build cohesive and delightful applications that just work. It gives us the ability to continuously deliver new capabilities that address the field’s most challenging problems.
No providers are in greater need of this shift than those out in the field. Whether in behavioral health specialties like Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT), or home health treatments like home infusion, mobile providers struggle to deliver care while their software is still tethered to a terminal.
These are specialties with tens of millions of patients and hundreds of billions of dollars in expenditure, looking for a platform designed for them. They are the reason why we created Medcare.
