These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of services offered by Medcare Sarl-S, mainly through Prep-EVC (prepa-evc.com). Nobesick is currently available free of charge and is not subject to these Terms. Introductions to insurers through Nobesick are also free for the user.

2. Services and pricing — Prep-EVC

Prep-EVC is intended for doctors qualified outside the European Union preparing for the Knowledge Verification Examination (EVC) for integration into the French medical system. The available plans are:

Free access: limited access to certain demonstration modules;
Monthly subscription: price incl. VAT shown on the order page — full access to all specialities;
Annual subscription: price incl. VAT shown on the order page — full access at a preferential rate;
Single module access: price incl. VAT shown on the order page — permanent access to one speciality.

3. Ordering process

Selection of the plan;
Creation of or login to a Medcare account;
Review of the summary (plan, duration, price incl. VAT);
Acceptance of the Terms of Sale;
Secure payment via Stripe or PayPal;
E-mail confirmation with invoice within 24 hours.

4. Payment

Payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or via PayPal. No banking data is stored by Medcare. Providers are PCI-DSS certified. Invoices are available in your personal area.

5. Right of withdrawal

European consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the buyer's express consent, obtained when placing the order.

For users residing in Africa: the withdrawal provisions applicable in their country of residence prevail within the limits allowed by local law.

6. Termination and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. Users are notified by e-mail 7 days in advance. Cancellation is possible at any time from the personal area or via contact@mcare.lu, taking effect at the end of the current period.

7. Intellectual property

The educational content of Prep-EVC (EVC questions, clinical cases, revision sheets by speciality) is the exclusive property of Medcare Sarl-S. Any reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Mediation and disputes

For Luxembourg consumers: Centre de Médiation de la Consommation (www.cmc.lu). For European consumers: the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These Terms of Sale are governed by Luxembourg law.
